Cleaning Technique: Use a soft cotton cloth to wipe off any dust on the furniture. Avoid excessive water for cleaning, instead use a moistened cloth to clean the dirt.

Avoid Chemicals: Furniture is coated with coats of sealer and lacquer to avoid penetration. But contact with chemicals might be harmful for the finish and durability.

Scratch & Burn Remedy: In case of scratches or burns with usage, use a fine grit sandpaper to rub the surface and apply coconut or olive oil on the sanded area.

Avoid Direct Heat: Try and avoid keeping the furniture in areas with prolonged exposure to sunlight. Also use mats, coasters or thick pads to keep any hot object.

1) This product comes with a 1 year warranty which covers protection against any manufacturing defects, inherent termites and borer.

2) This limited warranty does not apply to:

• Small cuts, scratches or damage during the cleaning process.
• Damaged caused by the incorrect installation of a product.
• Cracks during the random displacement.
• Product kept in contact to direct sunlight and water, resulting in decaying of wood.

3) With time solid woods are encountered by minor cracks, called as checks, which are not included in faults and warranty as these checks do not hamper the life of a product.

4) As per the industry standards, unevenness up to 5 mm can happen because of the difference in surfaces and floor levels. In that case, there is not a warranty.

Free Assembly: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Surat, Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad.

Other Cities: Assembly for Nominal charges in available cities, such as about INR 600-900 for a Dining Set. Payable after assembly, payable directly to assembly Person.

Free Assembly services are provided for beds, sofa sets and dining sets only. Remaining products either do not require assembly or, require minimal easy assembly process. All the tools, accessories and instruction required to assemble the products comes within the packet only. 

Our service partner will visit your location within 72 business hours from the delivery of the product.

• If you want to cancel your order then you have to contact us within 48 hours of placing the order. If the order is not yet shipped then we will accept the cancellation and refund the amount with deduction of Payment Gateway processing fees and Service Charge of 2.5% on the total cost paid for the product.
• If the product has already been shipped before your cancellation request then cancellation will not be accepted.
